SeoPros.org is an organization of search engines, search engine optimization consultants, internet marketers and developers of remote technology used by consultants and marketers to submit to and monitor search engine positions.

SeoPros.org has NFP status as an Ontario Not for Profit Limited Company using the name "Organization of Search Engine Optimization Professionals".

Organization Bylaws

To form an organization of search engines, search engine optimization ("SEO") consultants, Internet marketers and developers of remote technology used by consultants and marketers to submit to and monitor search engine positions. The goals of the organization are:

a) Promote and develop "best practices" for search engine optimization consultants and developers of remote technology accessing search engine resources;

b) Provide materials and information to help educate consumers, members and non-members in the industry about "best practices";

c) Provide and promote a process in which member and non-member organizations within the industry not implementing "best practices" can be identified and encouraged to adopt "best practices";

d) Promote the SEO industry by addressing negative comments about search engine optimization consultants and marketers in all medias;

e) Informing consumers of what SEO's do and what they should expect from an SEO.

The special provisions are:

The corporation shall be carried on without the purpose of gain for its members, and any profits or accretions to the corporation shall be used in promoting its objects.
